HealthTrust Purchasing Group Awards Medgluv Exam Gloves Agreement

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL., July 15, 2005 – Medgluv Inc announced today it has signed a new two-year purchasing agreement with HealthTrust Purchasing Group (HPG), one of the nation’s leading health-care group purchasing organizations. Under the terms of the multi-source agreements, Medgluv will supply its line of premium latex powder-free examination gloves to the HPG membership of more than 1,000 acute care facilities. This is the first contract HPG has awarded to Medgluv for the purchase of examination gloves. Pharmed Group, who is the distributor for HCA Florida facilities will handle delivery of the exam gloves, also is a minority-owned business.
